Sales Development Representative (Inside Sales)

Location: Pasadena, CA. Full Time.
We are looking for energetic entry level Sales people to join a fast-paced growing business to primarily handle outbound sales activities (Sales Development).
This job is perfect for a recent college grad looking for an exciting opportunity with a growing software company.
Candidates must have strong telephone skills, be tech savvy and familiar with internet software. Software sales experience is a plus.
- Identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities from inbound leads
- Achieving monthly quota of qualified opportunities
- Engaging with customers via telephone and email to analyze their needs
- Profiling the account and overcome prospect objections to generate quality opportunities for the Account Executive team
- Collaborating with marketing and sales on lead quality and conversion
- As this is the first point of contact with the customers, conduct business dealings in a professional and proactive manner
- Become a trusted resource for internal and external contacts
- “Multi-channel” follow-up – help uncover new deals and nurture existing opportunities
- Maintaining active communication with leads by sending monthly targeted materials
- Clear communications skills / Excellent Phone Etiquette
- Strong Interpersonal Skills (Friendly Outgoing Personality)
- Excellent time management skills
- Self motivated with a strong sense of urgency
- Quick learner
- Fast typer
- Four-Year Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent preferred.
